I grow beautiful things on purpose.

What I’m about

I think the small stuff is worth taking seriously. Last weekend I watched a guy spend five minutes hand-squeezing my lemonade at the farmers market, and I haven’t stopped thinking about it. That’s basically what my reels are: someone caring more than they had to, filmed so you can see it too.

I delight in making physical things - food especially - look delightful. And I’m learning to use my voice; honestly, I’m still finding it. That’s part of what this page is: me figuring it out in public, one reel at a time.

I have a soft spot for the small makers, the ones with a tent and a folding table and one thing they’re really proud of. I’m just getting started at helping them get seen - if that’s you, come say hi.

The short version of a long story: I grew up in an Asian immigrant household where the plan was college and a high-paying engineering job. In 2020, an accident with an 18-wheeler put me in a coma and took most of my left side. I relearned how to walk, talk, and use my left hand, and I still do my own physical therapy every day.

Through it all, one thing kept coming back: I want to build things, and now I do! I’m grateful to have the opportunity to enrich people’s lives through my work, and strive to produce content that tells a story and makes an impact.

What I make

All reviews →

I look for the one thing in each treat that’s worth staring at, then tell you honestly if it’s worth the trip.

Brand collabs

Gifted features for local spots - filmed in-house, with the verdict still mine.

Hidden gems

Low-key spots with one genuinely adorable signature treat - staged with care, judged honestly.

The rest of that story comes out in pieces on Instagram. Follow along. @treatswithjellie

Run a small food business? I also make reels and build websites for makers I believe in. The verdict on my own feed always stays mine - paid work goes on your page.
